The Tokyo Motor Show is currently underway at the Makuhari Convention Center in Chiba, Japan and 1UP recently took a quick visit to check out the latest cars and, of course, Gran Turismo 5 Prologue.

The Tokyo Motor Show will continue until November 11th in Japan.

And if you thought the GT5 booth was crowded, the main Motor Show was completely packed, mostly with families and casual attendees. Ferrari in particular was very crowded, but we manged to snap up a few photos of the cars on display.

This year, Polyphony Digital set up their own booth at the East Hall, where visitors were crowding to check out the stage event introducing the PS3 racing title. Although they had set up 14 playable kiosks with driver seat and wheel controller, the waiting line to play the game was more than an hour. Others that were there not necessarily waiting to play also surrounded the demo areas to check out the game in motion.
