THQ has announced that Warhammer 40,000: Squad Command has shipped to retail outlets worldwide for the PlayStation Portable system, marking the debut of Games Workshop’s Warhammer 40,000 franchise on the handheld gaming system. Delivering a cinematic and strategic turn-based single-player campaign and a dynamic global multiplayer element, Warhammer 40,000: Squad Command is also scheduled to be made available to Nintendo DS consumers later this fall.
